What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a type of talk therapy that helps you work through personal challenges with the support of a trained therapist. It’s a safe space to talk about things like stress, anxiety, grief, relationships, life changes, or anything else that’s impacting your well-being.
Together, we explore what’s going on in your life, understand how it’s affecting you, and find ways to cope, heal, and grow. It’s not about fixing you or giving advice—it’s about helping you feel more in control, confident, and connected to yourself.

How I Hold Space at EMPOWER ME
At EMPOWER ME, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel respected, understood, and truly listened to—without judgment or pressure.
I work as an integrative therapist, which means I draw from different approaches to suit your unique needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all here—our work together is shaped by who you are and what you need in the moment. Whether we’re exploring thoughts, emotions, patterns, or practical tools, we do it at your pace, in a way that feels right for you.
Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or isolated as they try to make sense of big life changes. Some are caregivers—often women—managing the emotional and physical demands of supporting a loved one with additional needs, while juggling work, family, and their own identity. Others are going through career transitions, burnout, grief, or adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis (for themselves or someone close to them).
I specialise in supporting people who are:
- Caring for a family member and experiencing carer fatigue, stress, or identity loss
- Exploring a new career path or returning to work after time away
- Living with ADHD or supporting someone who is
- Processing grief, loss, or significant life transitions
- Looking to rebuild clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to walk beside you—offering warmth, understanding, and support as you explore your goals, challenges, and hopes for the future. Together, we’ll build resilience, reconnect with what matters to you, and find a path forward that feels true to who you are.
I offer sessions in-person in Balbriggan, North County Dublin, and online, so therapy can fit more easily into your life—wherever you are.
